To the second part, I don't think I know Vanessa Lawrence, but the name rings a bell.
Actually Peter, destroyed by fire on 27th April 2007, not 2006.
It can be either. All of the businesses are addressed Marine Terrace along that strip. eg. Motors is 60 Marine, Sitting Bull is 53 Marine etc.
