Thank you for posting your wonderful photo of MuDeungSan. In 1969, I was in the U.S. Air Force at Kwang Ju Air Base and our organization, the 1st Mobile Communications Group, had a communications facility near the top of the mountain. I made several trips through the city to the mountaintop, driving supplies to our people who worked up there. It was a very beautiful view. Your photo brings back many memories from when I was a young man, 40 years ago! I am very happy to see it.
There is another mountain, not far from the air field, that the Republic of Korea Army used for artillery practice. I wonder what that mountain looks like today.
