I love bauhaus design, craft, art and architecture and th philosophy of the original schools. But regarding this photo, can be applied to any subject matter. What this is a wonderful example of is the the perfect balance of human made lighting and providential or sky light. It can only be achieved during and early in that "magic hour"(the french call it the "blue hour" after dusk and before dawn. A light color or lite shade of grey outdoor surface of a building or other subject matter and warn incandescent like warm light coming from the interior via the windows make it soothing as well as magical.
