This tower is located at the northwest corner of Toompea castle. According to my books, it is known as "Pilstiker torn" (Arrow Sharpener Tower). An interesting name! This area west of the castle wall near Snelli Tiik (Schnell's Pond) is highly recommended for tourists to visit!
