Les risques sont mesurés, je ne suis pas allé dans les pires endroits, mais j'avoue que l'escalier du beffroi sans rambarde a fait palpiter mon p'tit coeur... D'ailleurs c'est le seul cliché de la charpente qui ne soit pas trop flou !
Les GMP appartiennent à une société privée, elle en fait malheureusement ce qu'elle veut, et apparemment le classement Historique n'y change rien.
Pour ce qui est du terrain libre, avec la friche rue Pasteur, Rhodia, les Maïseries, le stade Agache, il y en a des hectares à remplir (et à explorer avant) avec du HQE ! =)
