It is the base for an offshore platform I worked on for Worley Parsons Exxon/Mobile Hebron project in Houston, Texas. The topsides will be fabricated just to the other side of that point you see in the background. It will be installed on the base and floated out into the Atlantic to where it will set on the bottom. Thats the colour of the water that day, just the way i took the photo. I don't know what St, Lawrence your talking about , but of all the years i been going down there i have never seen any fog. That sea shore like the people is heartwarming to the soul. By the way anybody see a mans face with a chin beard on the far right?
