First impression was, that windows and the door are painted at the wall. Really nice.

You notice the map says that's on Kvarnholmen, it's actually on Djurgarden. I've tried to get the map guys to correct it.

Здание было построено при жизни Сталина и Советской Власти в Латвии и называлась гостиница Колхозная в начале 60 годов ее переоборудовали под Академию Латвийской СССР. В начале 1991 года с шпиля здания была снята звезда и от Академии Латвии осталось только название.
