My husband, daughter & I stayed here. So happy to see it on your site, since we didn't get a photo from this angle. We loved this hotel! The owners were always very friendly, though they spoke un peau English. We will always have fond memories of this hotel!
Not sure how I put it so close to Maple Valley, I was on approach to Seatac from Phoenix. Maybe Google maps screwed it up. I know where Mount Rainier is I was born in Bellevue. Sorry for the confusion.
What an incredible capture! I was trapped on I-10 a few weeks ago, but it was because of a traffic collision unrelated to weather. Being stopped for 2 hrs in the middle of the desert is nothing compared to being stranded for 2 days. Thanks for posting.

very nice photo darenwood, I was kid during this war and i am living one mile away from the Stadium and still remember how we used to wave our hands to the army Soldiers :)
