This photo was taken from Branksome Dean Chine, POOLE ,on the border of Poole/Bournemouth it shows in the distance Studland beach and purbeck` hills not Sandbanks! I know because i walk along here every day. Sandbanks is in Poole not Bournemouth.We are a separate town and we get very upset when people lump us in with that town next door.so there!!
I remember when the road in AND out of Brighton used to go between those pillars. Now it's only the 3 lanes going in and another 3 lanes going out on the far side.

This picture is located incorrectly on the google map. It should be at the entrance to the quarry further north on the London Road.
