Actually, Jim, the Crescent is a North and Southbound train. Amtrak 19 is the Southbound version and Amtrak 20 is the opposite, Northbound version.

Thanks for the comment fuscia! No, unfortunatly it doesn't. As much as the TVRM would love to use it, they are forced right now to bus everyone up from here to a out of the way location down the tracks.

This wonderful temple of the railroad industry was designed by my grandfather, L&N Aarchitect Benjamin Bosworth Smith, a graduate of Princeton University. Credit should be give where credit is due.

We are very near that location. What a pathetic waste. The extravagance on Lake Martin is absolutly ruining the true Lake experience.
