I am a casual, generally opportunist, non-technical photographer, with a thing for sunsets. My camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ8, which is usually set to "auto".
August 2014: upgraded to a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60.
I agree, I get along the Wall as often as I can though I haven't managed it for about 4 years now. Last time was in a January with some terrible weather but it was great, didn't see another soul at all during a 10 mile hike.
I have to admit that on this particular day I was experimenting with my Canon 550D and a 70 - 300 zoom lens....my trusty Lumix FZ18 was having a day off. Since then I have updated to a FX150, and it is still my camera of choice for everyday use. I don't like the way that the Canon processes colour.
Regards Steve.

I stand corrected: thanks!
Totally agree.
Close! It was a really cold autumn morning!
Nice photo: keep them coming!
Thank you. Again, could be somewhere in the Med!

Tailrace Inn, Kinlochleven: can highly recommend it.
