I arrived on site on November 13, it was mid 80s. At noon the sun crested the horizon, just a sliver. It did not peak again for quite some time. I do not remember the day it returned. I know it was at least mid/late
February. I know I did not see it in January. I worked for Federal Electric. We left in July.
