Thanks to Ian Stehbens the position of this photo was corrected. This is the "official" site of Tongatapu blow holes, one of the places to visit during the island tour. Actually the whole south coast of Tongatapu island full of such spectacular blow holes, small beaches and pools with crystal clear water. It can be accessible by bike.

Thank you, Annina. The funny thing about this photo is that the primary idea was to see and photo the comet. That is why we went to the clifftop by sunset. Fog hid the horizon and our hopes to see the comet; despite our other attempts we have never seen this comet.

The position of this photo was corrected, thanks to one visitor, who pointed this out. This shot was taken from Devonport wharf, as the title suggests, and shows the central part of Auckland across Waitemata Harbour.

Hi Friedrich, Truly it is. You are lucky, you got a better picture, mine was taken at dusk with dull colours.
I have also re-positioned yours location.

No, it is definitely not a beach. The small village is called Aotea, and the photo was taken from the mouth in that village toward Aotea Harbour.
