When the tide is out, you can walk along a sandy causeway between Burgh Island and Bigbury, but when the tide is in you have to travel on this unique sea tractor with its huge wheels - it's quite an experience!

It is a traditional village religious procession (they are Catholics) The ones at the front in black are all widows, and the rest are in the local costume. They process all around the village, stopping at several roadside altars for prayers. Cannons or guns are usually fired too. This festival is usually once a year in each of the bigger villages in Austria
