This is the North Shore Yacht Club. Aces and Spades was a name painted on the building for the filming of The Island. In just a few months the club will be open once again, this time with a museum, visitor center and a community center for North Shore.

This building on the corner of 8th Street and Walnut in Rogers, Arkansas housed Sam Walton's first Wal-Mart sporting goods department. The building behind this one (not seen in the picture) was the home of the world's first Wal-Mart store. The store later relocated down the street to the west about two miles (called Wal-Mart #00001).
