No I actually reside in the bad zip code on Old Main Street (EH). The entire street is beautiful and I did grow up in South Windsor and walk to Old Main St. to catch a bus to Hartford to work.
This is the North Shore Yacht Club. Aces and Spades was a name painted on the building for the filming of The Island. In just a few months the club will be open once again, this time with a museum, visitor center and a community center for North Shore.
