Nice view of the hills.

Need to make another visit.

This looks familar, I knew this as Penkhull Infant School back in the 70's. I moved up to Close Middle School and lastly Thistley Hough High.

This is a beautiful view. May I use this photo on my private family tree for ancestors who were born in Stoke On Trent? I'd simply like to show what it looks like today with clean air not like when they worked in potteries. thank you very much.

Thank you -just out for a walk & the backdrop looked beautiful.

aka as 'the dog' by locals in the 1960/70s!!

The hardware shop as it is now was also once a chip shop. The Methodist chapel to the right of it is the oldest place of worship remaining in Penkhull(no longer used as a chapel however, it's actually older than the main church built by the Spode family in the centre. They were built in 1830 and 1842 respectively.

Gracias. Estoy satisfecho de haber sido dado esta información. ¿Por qué las viudas hacer una alfombra?

Thank you - it's a brilliant little cafe in a fantastic spot on the Jurassic coast in Dorset. Cheers Gill
