Abandoned locomotive roundhouse. Interesting photo. :D
http://www.filminamerica.com/Movies/HaroldAndMaude Apparently a scene from Harold and Maude was filmed in this train yard. The yard itself is pretty big and there's still an active rail line going through its east side. Lots of foundations where buildings stood. Would make a great railroad museum.

I only know the area because i lived in Aurora but moved around 2005. The corner of Murray and Dufferin was called Snowball Corner for some reason. I have no info on history unfortunately.

The name for this house is definitely up for question. I got the name from a book that gave this house multiple names, The Crane House is one of them since the Crane currently owns this land and the ruin. It is also called Marine Villa, Boxill's House, Harrissmith, Beachy Head, Falmouth and Sam Lord's Castle.
