I was over there in August 2011. A taxi ride from Datong, and we were delayed by a broken down truck on the road. Man, that is frightening when you get to the top floor and look down. A 60 meter drop. The railings are low , especially if you are 180cm tall like me ). Walking from the third building to the second building and just a low fence as well... Don't trip.
