Purely a hobbyist snapshot photographer, from the county of ESSEX in the UNITED KINGDOM. I know little about photography and just do the best I can with a point and shoot Compact. I think the best browser for viewing this site is GOOGLE CHROME. I have tried using other browsers such as Internet Explorer and Firefox and find that they seem to create a degree of image distortion that doesn't occur on Google Chrome. I would recommend that you hit your F11 key and view all pictures in FULL SCREEN. Since January 2012 the compact I currently use is a Nikon Coolpix P300 12.1 megapixels. All of my photographs before 2012 have been taken with my previous camera a Nikon Coolpix 4600 4.0 megapixels. For the purpose of editing my photographs, I use a couple of different free software applications , namely , FASTSTONE IMAGE VIEWER or CYBERLINK PHOTODIRECTOR 2011.
