"Tourist street", Mr. Ming? Also pilgrims street, it is the Barkhor! You could even call it "soldiers street": they shot at Tibetans on this precise spot some years ago.

This is the Spanish Arch in Galway. It was a gated entrance to the old walled City. To the immediate right of this is the ocean. Spanish trading ships would dock here (other side of the wall ie outside the walled City) and have to enter the City through the Arch to trade goods. Hence the name Spanish Arch.
