This is a section of the old part of the original cemetery that predated the current Forest Lawn circa 1905. This is the only area that has upright grave markers. Dr. Hubert Eaton, the founder of Forest Lawn, devised the memorial park plan of flat markers that would take away the cluttered look and was easier for maintenance of the lawn.
This is the Chapel where, in 1932, the funeral was held for Paul Bern, MGM Executive and husband of actress Jean Harlow. He alledgedly offed himself on Labor Day, 1932. Following Harlow's troublesome demise on June 7, 1937, her funeral was held here as well.

Celebrity Stylist Jay Sebring is having second thoughts about exercising his option on the lil Bavarian-styled house he has been leasing for the last two years.
Seems that the house is freaking him out a bit; you know, "Ghoolies and Ghosties, and things that go bump in the night" sort of stuff. So many things had been going on that, on the advice of a spirit medium, Jay didn't care too much about staying at the house, located at 9820 Easton Drive, Beverly Hills, any longer. Oh yeah, this would be the house that Paul Bern built in 1930 and where he assumed room temperature way back when.
Not sure what to do with his "haunted" house, Jay asked his onetime fiance and former live-in lover, Sharon Polanski, what he should do. She had lived at the Bern Estate but after a CREEPED out vision of Bern in the bedroom and a couple of folks tied up with their throat's slit on the staircase, she moved out.
She lived less than 5 minutes away now, so Jay decided to go hang with her and figure out what to do.
