Not from an old book,taken on an Olympus OM10 about 1985, scanned about four years ago and edited when I didnt really know what I was doing but it looked good and was saved. Very similar colours to photos taken at Montherme with same gear around that period,Will look for negative and scan again to see how it looks.

Yes,genuine.Taken with an Olympus OM10 about 1985 was scanned and edited by me about 2005 when I was just starting to use a computer so dont know exactly what I did to it but it looked good enough to save.

Yes that is about 1956. Those Sunderland Flying Boats were coming to the end of the service life but they were still flying in regularly. This was frightening if you were drifting down on a fast tide and could not sail (motors did not work!) out of the way. We did it regularly on holiday.
