Its a very tiny world as i have met 2 other lads hare in the UK thats cracked their shins on that bloody glass table they have in all most darkness (mind i soon fer forget)
Wow! I was there a week ago (Sep. 2009) and it wasn't at all that bad. Sure it rained everey day for a while (maybe one hour) but it never flooded.

When you book on line make sure you print out a receipt of your online booking to avoid confusion with the front desk staff. If you boldly front up without a reciept to claim your room you might encounter one of the staff who is unfamilar with the internet.
Sometimes the maids are over burdened and don't get around to cleaning all the rooms on time. If you are given a room that is untidy or dirty just ask for another room. TIT "This Is Thailand"
All in all this hotel is good value for money. It is in a good location for accessing the night life. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

If you visit Pattaya this is a show to see. It is located on Second Road. Most of the performers are transvestite (ladyboys) or to use the Thai terminology, "Katoeys". More about Alcazar and Katoeys
