please remove the false picture, you are pointing to a school in Jabal Amman this building is called "imarat burj bank il iskan" and it's near Dakhelieh circle "around 3 km north west of this point.

you can see it on the map its in Iraq.

( Kermizy Kelsa ) The red church , named after the red color soil of the hill which soaked with 20000 christian mayters blood murdered on the hill top by a Persian king around 4th century AD. There was a very old and a big church on the hill top but was destroyed by Ottmans army at 1914.
