added comment. Dave spent an afternoon riding me around the base on his scooter when I first got to the squadron. Gave me a great idea of what was in store for me the next 18 months. Thanks for the note. Contact me at bergeson42@gmail to continue this thread.
Cannot believe that someone in the pictures actually responded to it. You are the first.
I have been trying to remember Dave Aldrich's last name for 40 years and Barbers first name also. Please contact me directly at email@example.com so that we can continue this thread. Thanks for the contact.
I was also at Udorn RTAB in 1967. Attached to the 405Th FIS which flew F-102A's out of there on a TDY basis. We had four aircraft there. Also at Danang RVN, Bien Hoa RVN, Bangkok Thailand.
Exact location of these pictures of Tent City is unknown to me. I cannot remember where on the base the tents were located, only that they were on the perimeter as seen by the barbed wire fencing here.
Formerly base housing at Glasgow Air Force Base. It was closed in 1968.
Hunting pictures taken in the "Hell Creek" area of the Ft. Peck res. October 1965. The F-101B Taken at Glasgow AFB Montana 1965.
I believe that the photo shows the parachute shop. Due to the 3 storey loft on the building. I was stationed at GAFB 1965/66. with the 13th FIS.
