Для точности - здание погорело в середине марта 1998 г., до 2007 года в нем фактически не производилось никаких восстановительных работ. С 1 по 6 этаж люди, в количестве человек 200, работали весь это период. К сентябрю 2008 года должно обрести полностью достойный вид.
