?? Or just put the date in brackets in the title thus: 1065 Nash (2003).

Old photos can have a certain historical interest even to the people not in them :)

AAA (allison1) and I connected by e-mail a while back. We found that we live not that far apart - sorry, Al, for not getting together yet. I posted a shot from inside the Bravo pit, and because it's an interior GE doesn't link it, but it's among my photos on Panoramio for anyone who cares to see what I risked smuggling a camera in for (nothing classified).

Do you remember the popcorn machine in the lobby with the lightbulb in it to keep the popcorn warm, or sitting in the back row dangling your feet that could not reach the floor?

Mrs. Cronyn was the librarian. Yellow hair ALWAYS twisted neatly on the top of her head. The library was dark... one of those banker lights on her desk. I was scared to death of her.

I'd walk in, pick my book, and take it to her desk. I'd stand perfectly still and watch as the tip of the pen gently moved over the Date Due card. She'd slide it into the pocket as she handed back the book. I don't know that I ever even spoke to Mrs. Cronyn. I remember her very well. In fact, wasn't she also the school librarian at Goodnoe?

They used to just leave the door open. Whoever went in.... signed the book. NEVER was vandalized or bothered.

I walked down this street, past this building thousands of times. I can't tell you the adventures that going 'down town' held.

Looks like they replaced the old slate and brick sidewalk. Ha ha... making bike riding much easier, no doubt. (lots of flats)
