HEBRARD's conversations

dominicarmen said:

hello, or bonjour!

i'm a cartoonist and my story contains some episodes in this lane of Passage du Desir. for now, i'm in korea and have no chance and time to get back to take photos.

for those reasons, i want to use your picture in my cartoon. if you accept it, i'll trace it and note your devotion in my work. i'm amateur now, but i'm growing to be a professional cartoonist. then, maybe the traced picture could be used in the money-earnable contents.

would you mind to use your nice picture in my work? if you accept, i'll surely send you my work for you.

thank you. if you have any question or arguements, please contact me here : dominicarmen@gmail.com

Dear Hebrard

I am on a virtual trip from London to Australia, using the photographs in Panoramio to illustrate what is found on the way, going at a pace as if I was walking. I was hoping to make this photo Day 14. The aim is to contact the photographers, to ask them about what they see in their photograph, and by doing so, discover if within each of us as individuals there are common themes as to what we take, why we take and why we share online. It is in support of Gill Hick's Draw the Line initiative. She challenged us to draw a line, so I thought of the biggest one I could. You can find more on both the MAD for Peace group in Facebook (and who Gill Hicks is), and my To Australia by Click group.

Your photograph speaks of the numbers of fatalities, and in its composition brings each to us as an individual. Thank you.

If you wish to contribute your thoughts to the group I would be very grateful, and equally if you do not wish to be part of this perhaps whimsical journey we will respect your wishes and edit the log to remove your photo. With best wishes, John

Je trouve cette photo très réussie : on se croirait dans un parc et on en oublie la ville. Mais c'est vrai que Paris offre aux flaneurs tellement de richesses.

Bravo. Cordialement

hi, HEBRARD, -- I still think, foto appears (in Panoramio) (slightly) misplaced (too far away from R.Agando), at 28° 6' 5.72" N 17° 12' 32.82" W. Compare my 3-foto-montage which was taken from about where your foto is(or at least appears) placed now. -- And if "Sommet de l'ile"=="Summit/Peak of the Island" then thaT#s not exactly true, is it? -- &LG aus Wien: wda[@utanet.at]
