THIS IS AN IMMATURE LITTLE BLUE HERON.
Actually, it's a tri-color heron.
These magnificent birds are not ibises -- they are American White Pelicans, with a wingspan of 9 feet. They winter in Everglades National Park and migrate all the way to the Rocky Mountains, Yellowstone NP, or the Dakotas to summer.
