This is St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington. It is not the biggest Basilica in the U.S., that is the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.
Covington's Cathedral Basilica does, however, have the world's largest hand-blown stained glass windows in the world. It's north transcept is dominated by the window.
