Thanks David. My wife and I lived there from '85 to '93 in a 4-bed Cromwell Tower flat. Never bought it but rented, starting at £7,500 a year in '85. We could have bought it around '90 for, as I recall, about £85K less some discount under the Right to Buy scheme, but were already then thinking of moving out of London.
