Indeed, it's a Parhelie.
A natural phenomenon due to the difraction of the sunlight (a bit like a rainbow) on tiny ice cristals floating in the high atmosphere.
In such cases, two parts of not as sharp as true rainbows appear on both sides of the sun, both at the same distance of it.
