I love this castle and have any number of postcards of it. It was used as one of the locations for the film Highlander starring Sean Connery and Christophe(r) Lambert - a superb location for a superb film.

Yes. As far as I know the new library will be on the site where the baths were. Haven't heard what is to happen to the Carnegie building.

great photo . i am lucky as i fish these lochs (lakes) all the time and i have a boat on one of them nearbye which you can see in my gallery
