Geachte heer van der Kooij,
Taaltechnisch heeft u gelijk. Een meer is natuurlijk ontstaan en een plas is door menselijke invloed tot stand gekomen. In de 11 1/2 jaar dat ik nu directeur-rentmeester van landgoed vilsteren ben, waar het water bij hoort, ben ik nog alleen de naam kluizenaarsmeer tegen gekomen, ook in het mondelinge gebruik bij de medewerkers van het landgoed.
