I like the backroads and abandoned farms. I plan to take geotagged photos on my hunting trips and other excursions.

Who can resist the radiant colors of autumn?

Thank you, pcwong-alice

Very nice picture bearbob, I like it much.

Many greetings, Helge

Yes bearbob, exactly from the Sapp Brother's truck stop. At the time where I loaded up that picture, I was not be able to find the exactly place, the satellite picture wasn't so well at this time like today. But now I've got a GPS that show me the GPS coordinates.

Thank you for your suggestion, and best regards, Helge

Amazing that you documented this event.

Photo is by picherthis, not me; I cannot give it a title. I have a photo of the same abandoned farm on Panoramio and Google Earth but it is less heavily edited and a different season.

Thank you bearbob I will use your suggestion...

Nice photo, scenic background. In naming the horses "wild", do you know their status or ownership?

Yes, it's my opinion that the majority of turkeys here are barnyard and corral birds that are dependent on handouts or gleaning livestock feeding operations during seasons of the year when other food for them is scarce. Transplantation and support have spread them far beyond their original ranges.

But then again, it has a brick chimney. Hard to move that without it crumbling.
