Approaching Peterborough, you come across two of the best kept secrets on the Great Ocean Road: the stack-studded Bay of Martyrs and Bay of Islands. The rugged, cliffy coastline features dozens of rocky outcrops scattered about in the ocean, the whole scenery glittering like golden bricks of an ancient treasure trove.

Funny you should say that, I holidsyed in this area as a kid and we used to call this rock 'shag rock' on account of the many birds (shags) that sat on it and left their droppings.
