the house is called "villa Jean Bart", named after the legendary sea captain Jean Bart in the 17th century

Foto is die van het Grand Hotel Bellevue (1911) waarin, vooraan op het gelijkvloers, het hotel Rotonde over een restaurant en enkele kamers beschikt. Het overige en grootste deel wordt gevormd door appartementen (een zestigtal eigenaars). Het gebouw is beschermd door de Vlaamse Overheid wegens zijn unieke stijl (Architect O. Van Rijsselberge).
