I am a Welshman married to a Danish lady for 50 years and have visited your railway on many occasions. Delighted to see that the Diesel Unit pictured above is now in traffic, I believe that it was restored from 2 units that I saw at Vrads on many occasions and I have pictures of them here in Wales. I also had the privelige of a footplate ride from Vrads to Bryrup many years ago on No.665, and also remember No.668 in the workshops. Are either of these engines workable at the moment? Also I have a picture of the Henschel and Sohn Steam Engine at Vrads and wonder if any progress has been made on that one.
There was also a small Teak Bodied Diesel Unit being restored in Vrads Workshops, is that now complete? I had the pleasure of being shown around by a gentleman called Frode Jensen and wonder if he still works there. I am looking forward to hearing by e_mail how everything is progressing, and I must say that the cleanliness of the site at Vrads Station makes a very nice picture. I am sorry if you had these same comments twice but I had a bit of 'Finger Trouble' the first time.
