this is in Brgy tocucan in bontoc municipality,,, you pass this by when going to tabuk kalinga,,,its not a part of the halsema hi way,, it is a part of the Mt. Province_ Cagayan rd. via tabuk & enrile... this road is on the northern part of the bontoc town,,,the halsema hiway or also called bontoc baguio road is located at the southern part of the town..

mr photographer who posted this,,may i ask from where are you??? we are both natives of bontoc with Engr. clifton valencerina,,,and i agrre with him that this is not a part of halsema highway,, this is part of the bontoc tabuk cagayan road via enrile...the halsema is at the other side of the town,, the halsema is also called the bontoc baguio road,,,,pls be guided accordingly,,

This place is about 4 hours bus ride from my home town (Maddela). I was here last summer (April 2012). The place was dry beacause it was after the harvest season.

i was in coto 2 weeks ago...and im sure going back. We almost lost patience with the 27km rough road, but thank God, we still had time :-)
