This is Steep Ravine 4 miles south of Stinson Beach. Cabins built in the 1930's beautiful setting. Reservations through the Mt. Tamalpias State Park System. 10 years ago I was there on a full moon night in January. It was only 35.00 a night then now much more I suspect.

beachdweller, thank you. Heavy spring 2008 rains have roughened up this normally pretty easy dirt road. Dont take this road all the way until you know about Fish Creek hill. In this (westerly) direction you are on the cliff side of the road.
