Very good shot!
I was born in Linz, near the Danube. It's very interesting, how this river becomes majestic before flowing into the Black Sea.

The palace is in fact the Parliament, or better said, the National Assembly Palace, according to the photograph. Or, the Chamber of the Deputy. PThe Patriarchy Palace is just a new name, artificially given by the Church Authorities
