The picture is of Muizenberg beach looking Eastward. Lived there many years ago.
This photo was taken a few weeks before the satellite sweep which shows the pipe laying going on further from the shore line and closer to the SBM.
Photo taken some months after the satellite sweep showing how construction has progressed. Jetty operational early in 2007.
