This is CRES. Center for Reproduction of Endangered Species. If you were to zoom in closer you would see that those are enclosures. CRES was transferred up from the San Diego zoo. This is where research is carried out to ensure the species survive and I believe where the new hospital is located...I worked for CRES back in the early 90's. The facility was just being designed and started.
