not to worry tony, the place is an near impossible landing and exposed to wind. If you want to do boat hull repair in the field, this is the spot to practice.

Thank you for your comment. So far to date I am was not a great whale specialist. But I believe the guide that comment the whale tour. He said " It is a grey whale". Of cours he saw the whale only a cople of seconds. Now you are the third that says thats a humbpack. Your comment was very frendly. So I believe you ;-) . So I change the title from the picture.

Greetings from Switzerland

How amazing! Richard - if you pan over in Google and look at the photos at Effingham Island (or just hyperlink over to my 'Elysium' page), you will see a very comparable picture. We took our photos on the exact same evening....within minutes of each other!!!! Check out the clouds just above the mountain.

How interesting!! As much as we loved the villa, something tells me that your old shack would have been better! St. Thomas is so over developed now, and the island's resources are being stretched to the limit. Someone has even said to me that there are more cars than people. I believe it!

You guys realise that in this (and other photos) you are trespassing in the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area? Probably not a good idea to be posting these pics since it is an finable offence to be in there.
