My Golden Retriever Gypsy made a visit one day to the Naafi. I got a call from the Manager asking me if I own a Retriever called Gypsy? yes I replied, she is in my garden at home. No says the Manager, she is in my office at the Naafi, can you come and get her? So I pop up to the Naafi and find she had escaped the garden headed over to the Naafi to find the door to the managers office (inside to the right) open and a large tray of biscuits sat on the coffee table, she proceeded to scoff the lot! The Manager was awaiting a visit from a load of Naafi bigwigs from the UK and had opened a posh pack of bikkies for them to have. I offered to replace but he declined and asked if I could just take my dog home. Greedy little sod that she was. She has since passed but the memories remain, thank you for sharing this photo.
This was the home of TM Troop (7 Sigs) after the handover to the Army. The little brown office on the left-hand side of the building to the rear, was burnt out in 2002ish after a solider stole the Troop fund and set fire to the office to cover their tracks. It worked they were never caught.

Hi all. I was born here in July 1969. Dad was in the RAF. We ended up in England in 1970. I intend to go back 'home' one day!
