I went to Yedikule a couple of years back and loved it. This is a fantastic shot of the place.

WHERE HAS THE WANDLE GONE ? IT USED TO RUN PAST THE BOTTOM OF CEDARS,SALCOTT, LAVINGTON ETC ROADS? COMING OUT OF BEDDINGTON PARK!

As a young boy I lived across the road from the airfield, between 1953 to 1962. The airfield, then very much underused, was my playground! I lived three houses up from the intersection of Main Rd & Sunningvale Ave. I remember it so well.
