Wonderful Picture!!!

Love or Like Rock Formations?

Visit Southwest Wisconsin there's many of them.

PS The summer lightning storms were a once in a life-time experience camped in the white canvas tent :-)

The marker is in the middle of Stanley lake. A ways off to the north of Redfish.

Awesome shot!

This would make an awesome multi-monitor wallpaper if only it was higher resolution.

Best of!

Wonderful,

Congratulations!!!

Greetings from Romania, Anton.

Looking Northeast across Baron Lake from the lower slopes of Monte Verita. In addition to Mount Ebert at mid-left, dedicated climbers should be able to pick out E-Da-How, Stephens, and Rothorn Spires on the nearer ridgeline.

Clearing to the West allowed a vibrant alpenglow to play upon Rothorn Spire, 9440+, under scudding clouds.

Grandly guarding its multiple ridges and gorges, Tohobit Peak, 10046, presents a dark and piercing summit view from meadows just above the Moolack Creek crossing on the Baron Canyon trail.

Baron Falls Tower keeps watch over the exuberant rushing of Baron Creek Falls. Crunchy gray-green rock of the upper slopes of Mt. Ebert hosts the busy switchbacks of this section of trail that affords this view.

A very rare view of Warbonnet from Lake 7976, which is one of the feeds of these falls, is posted at SummitPost

Enjoy!
