I grew up in Indiana with an interest in art and the outdoors. I received my first 35mm camera from my parents when I graduation from Purdue University. I lived for three years in Ethiopia while serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer on a reforestation project After a brief time with Indiana Fish and Wildlife, I went to work for the Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) on the Olympic Peninsula. I helped lay down the roots for a forestry program and produced publications related to natural resources. I currently managed the QIN Centralized Communications Program. I enjoy photography, hiking, and the natural sciences.

Danke Peter! Grüße Larry

Thanks Peter. Despite what the map headings say, this is taken on the Quinault River. If you zoom out on the map you can see it is quite a bit south of Port Angles. Best regards, Larry

Thanks John! I like to visit Ellensburgh. It is so different than the west side of the Olympic Mountains.

Thanks John and I am happy that these photos can help bring back memories for you. Cheers, Larry

Köszönet Gyöngyi. Ez nem annyira hideg, ahol élek, közel az óceán. Ez a kép egy hegyi hágó közelében található. Üdvözlettel, Larry

Danke sehr viel Peter! Grüße, Larry

Thank you very much John! Regards, Larry

I had to travel a bit, but I did find some. The Olympics are about 80% normal and the Cascades have just past 100% normal. Daffodils and cherry trees are now blooming in low lands.

Thank you very much Brad!
