This most certainly is not Whitepark Bay, it is the view due west along Curran Strand, also known as the East Strand, which stretches for almost two miles east of Portrush. Whitepark Bay is beyond Bushmills, about another seven miles east of this location.
The position of the photographer, marked on the accompanying Google Earth shot, is bang on.
