I went inside and it is definitely a mine, not a shed. As to whether or not it is really the Techatticup Mine, all I can say is that it is billed as the Techatticup Mine by Pink Jeep Tours. Thus the title of the photograph is appropriate if it is to be found by somebody searching for material related to the Pink Jeep Eldorado Canyon tour. However I will qualify the title by adding (purported) to it.

I can't remember why I thought it was a ComEd plant, it may well not be. I have changed the title to read "Steam Plant on South Lumber Street" instead, which I believe is safe and accurate description.

Southsea Castle is open to the public. You can find more about it at www.southseacastle.co.uk.

Memorable picture.Father was born in a pub at bottom of hill, owned by my Grandfather,George, called the Sugar Loaves.

Polski akcent w NY ;) Ciekawe czy zdobyczny?

This is one of my favourite photographs. The statue makes an offering to the Big Buddha, and at its side a monk unconciously mimics the pose in order to take the Big Buddha's picture. It probably symbolises something profound.
